Born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Began studying art at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. Received a B.F.A. in Painting from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico in 2000. Lived and worked in Galway, Ireland in 2001. Received M.F.A. in Ceramics from N.M.S.U. in 2005. Currently live in Santa Fe.
